Just after a summer shower, a rainbow appears across the Canyon amidst the soft, pink tinting of the sky. As viewed from Bright Angel Point, changing light in the late afternoon is an excellent time to experience the many hues and shadowing effects that accentuate the vastness of Grand Canyon National Park.
