Awe-inspiring, the impressive Cathedral Group rises approximately 7000 feet from flowering meadows to barren rock summits. Showy yellow arrowleaf balsamroot flourish in soil replenished from decaying nutrients of a weathered old log. Established in 1929, this national park is managed to preserve these natural systems and scenery for the enjoyment of future generations.
