YELLOW BELLModestly bowing, the dainty yellow bell blooms singularly atop a flower stalk. It can be discovered in sagebrush-grasslands or in open coniferous woods. A member of the Lily Family, this flower is also commonly called yellow fritillary and becomes a rusty red or purplish as it ages. |
