Logan Pass

Wildflowers abound in the meadows of Logan Pass during summer months. These hanging-garden meadows flourish with glacier lilies, Indian paintbrush, monkeyflowers, grounsel, purple asters and an endless display of other alpine species. Winter snow melts by early July, leaving the meadows with a very short, intense growing season, which enhances the richness of the colors.
