GREEN RIVER LAKES

Glaciers located along the Continental Divide within the Wind River Range feed these high (7961') pristine lakes. Many peaks are over 13,000 ft. and contain the largest glaciers in the Rocky Mountains. The prominent peak in this autumn landscape is called Square Top Mountain.
