Courthouse Towers

The desert sun plays tricks in the late afternoon by silhouetting a tree against the highlighted Courthouse Towers and mackerel blue sky. Geologically, Arches National Park is reflective of this contrasting imagery. Grain by grain, an austere land had been transformed into a mosaic of graceful arches, sheer cliffs, balanced rocks and towering spires.
