CEDAR BREAKS NATIONAL MONUMENT

The multicolored rock exhibit of Cedar Breaks National Monument is located near Cedar City. Approximately 3 miles in diameter, Cedar Breaks has exposed ridges, rock formations and spires that will challenge the imagination. It took millions of years of uplifting and erosion to form what was once called the Circle of Painted Cliffs.
