North Cascades

Late afternoon sun illuminates the spires and silhouettes skeleton trees in a picturesque winter setting. Located within Okanogan National Forest, Early Winter Spires can be viewed from the North Cascades National Scenic Highway. Alpine glaciers continue to sculpt these craggy peaks, which are part of the Goldenhorn Batholith.
