Ice Crystals

In the quiet of winter, only sounds of a trickling waterfall may be heard as ice crystals create artistic designs. Persistent snows and cold temper-atures turn cascading waters into sculptured ice terraces. Just imagine how these small rivers of ice have helped carve canyons of the Pacific Northwest.
