This charming little twinflower is a member of the Honeysuckle Family. It is a fragrant evergreen that provides ground cover in boggy woodland areas. These delicate pink bell-shaped blossoms were favorite flowers of Carolus Linnaeus, a famous botanist. Their scientific name Linnaea borealis honors him.
