Many popular hiking trails originate just across this rustic bridge. Trails lead into a lodgepole pine, Engelmann spruce and sub-alpine forest. The Valley Trail parallels the Jenny Lake shoreline with spectacular views of the Teton Range. The trail winding up Cascade Canyon climbs gently into the Teton back country.
