Mount Moran

Reflected in the tranquil waters of Oxbow Bend and accentuated by radiant fall colors, Mt. Moran sits as a sentinel overlooking this picturesque setting. The mountain was named for artist Thomas Moran, who painted impressive watercolors of the Tetons during the late 1800's. Mt. Moran rises in elevation to 12,594 feet.
