FIREHOLE RIVER

Rushing waters of the Firehole River create a white rippling effect across its banks. One of the major rivers within Yellowstone Park, the Firehole is warmed by drainage from geysers and springs of the lower basin area. Frequented by wildlife, this river attracts swans, geese, elk and bison.
