RED ROCK CANYON NAT'L CONSERVATION AREA

Only 20 miles from downtown Las Vegas, this National Conservation Area is a popular scenic attraction. The main access within Red Rock Canyon is a 13-mile loop road through the Calico Hills. Dramatic outcrops of Aztec sandstone domes characterize it. Bighorn sheep, mule deer, burros and lizards inhabit this canyon.
