TECHNICOLOR CORNER

From Technicolor Corner, rain pools accentuate a red sandstone buttress as Snoopy Rock becomes silhouetted in the late afternoon. Covered several times by ancient seas during Permian times, this bright reddish-orange sandstone was deposited by wind and water. It is approximately 900 feet thick and known as the Schnebly Hill Formation.
