MUNDS MOUNTAIN WILDERNESS

Along the West Ridge of Lee Mountains is a series of rugged rock outcroppings rising from a pine-juniper forest. These rocks form the western boundary of the Munds Mountain Wilderness. This large wilderness area extends north to the Schnebly Hill road; to the east, it encompasses the Munds Mountains and Horse Mesa.
