Framed by bright yellow cottonwood leaves, Castle Rock stands as a landmark formation within Capitol Reef National Park. Located in south central Utah, this park contains stunning sandstone relics, sheer multicolored rock walls and deeply eroded canyons. This erosion process, which has taken over 250 million years, still continues.
