How can any mountain scenery be as awe-inspiring and impres-sive as the Teton Range? Is it the 7,000 ft. vertical rise of these peaks from flowering meadows to barren rock pinnacles? Maybe it is because, as Americans, we all have a shared ownership in these magnificent mountains and cherish them as a national heritage.
