Early summer arrives when bright green grasses carpet the banks of Yellowstone Lake and snow still lingers in the mountains. One favorite viewing area of this immense body of water is just past Fishing Bridge where Pelican Creek flows into the lake. Yellowstone Lake provides not only a picturesque landscape, but is also a diverse freshwater fishery.
